Our mission was to bring the old Trout Vaults back to life in the heart of Newport. Trout Vaults was a hotspot many years ago, and we wanted to bring it back to life with a brand-new experience! We have completely renovated and revived the trout with a fresh, modern twist. Prepare for an extraordinary dining experience that is guaranteed to tickle your taste buds like never before.
